All information obtained at Skylon is for our internal use only. Your private information will never be sold, loaned, or given to anyone. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our e-mail list, please unsubscribe using the account link on the right side of any page.

RETURNS

To make a return simply give Skylon a call at 800.418.1616 and you will be issued an RMA number. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully so your return can be processed without delay. Once your package is received at our warehouse it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your card. We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card.

PACKAGING OF RETURNS AND RESTOCKING FEE

Please be sure to package the items you are returning in the same way that you received them. For example, if you are returning a pair of speakers, please put it back in the plastic bag and box it came in.

Items damaged in return shipping due to inadequate or incorrect repackaging may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if the return does not follow the guidelines listed in our Return Policy, or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care or poor repackaging.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please call us immediately at 800.418.1616. We will ensure the items are picked up and a replacement is promptly sent out at our expense.
